Relative to what? show me a businessperson that is easily able to borrow money without having to put up the largest amount of collateral in history. From the banks actions (banking industry) has no faith that businesses will repay them. Underemployment is horrible, even if people have a job they may have been a teacher and now they are cleaning rooms in a hotel to keep their home from foreclosure.
